Description

StrepMAB Klassische Konjugate sind monoklonale Antikörper mit unterschiedlichen Konjugaten zum Nachweis von Strep-tag™II- und Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen

StrepMAB-Classic ist ein hochselektiver, muriner monoklonaler Antikörper für den Nachweis von Strep-tag™II- und Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen in Anwendungen wie Western Blots, ELISA, FACS, Immunhistochemie und Immunzytochemie.

Es ist gekoppelt mit Fluoreszenzfarbstoffen erhältlich (DY-488, DY-549, DY-649). 

Die Absorptions-/Emissionsmaxima der fluoreszierenden Farbstoffe sind:
• Dy-488: 493/518 nm
• DY-549: 550-560/575 nm
• DY-649: 655/676 nm

Bitte beachten Sie: Für die Erfassung von Strep-tag™II- und Twin-Strep-tag™ Fusionsproteinen auf festen Phasen wird die Verwendung von StrepMAB-Immo oder Strep-Tactin™XT aufgrund der Bindungsaffinität im PM-Bereich empfohlen.
