Description

Wird zur Reinigung rekombinanter Strep-tag™ Proteine unter Schwerkraftfluss und Niederdruck oder FPLC verwendet

  • Das Hochleistungsharz sorgt für ein 2 bis 3 Mal höheres Bindungsvermögen für Strep-Tag-Proteine als die Standard-Strep-Taktpin-Superflow-Suspension
  • Höhere Ausbeute an hochreinem Strep-Tag-Protein
  • Schüttler wird zum Packen von Säulen und Kartusche empfohlen, da das Harz eher für die Säulen-Affinitätschromatographie optimiert ist und weniger für die Batch-Reinigung
  • Bindungsvermögen: 1 ml sedimentiertes Harz (entspricht2 ml von 50 % Suspension) ist für die Reinigung von 50 bis 100 nmol rekombinantem Strep-Tag-Protein (bis zu 3 mg bei  30 kDa Protein) in einem Schritt verwendbar
