Description

Zur Verwendung mit Rührstäben aus Glas und Metall. Die Hochleistungsrührerführung ist ein Konus der B-Länge für Europa und hat eine PTFE/PEEK-Versiegelung.

Bietet eine effektive Führung für Glas- und Metallwellenrührer über einen Temperaturbereich, ohne Partikel aus der Dichtung abzustoßen, und hält dabei ein Vakuum aufrecht. Die Dichtung wird aus einem speziell formulierten PTFE-PEEK-Verbundwerkstoff hergestellt und ist dauerhaft druckbelastet.
  • Hohe Chemikalienbeständigkeit
  • Peitschenschutz und reduzierte Vibration
  • Leistung von Vakuum (∼5 mm Hg) und Druck (3 bis 5 psi)
  • Kein Verschütten
  • Selbstlösender Gelenkring
  • Maximal empfohlene Drehzahlen: kontinuierlich 500 U/min, intermittierend 800 U/min

Hinweis: PEEK hat eine sehr hohe chemische Beständigkeit mit einer gewissen Empfindlichkeit nur gegenüber starken Mineralsäuren.
