Description

Zur Bestimmung des Feuchtigkeitsverlustes beim Trocknen in Tabletten, Pastillen oder Kapseln

Die Probe wird gewogen, in den Kolben gebracht und in einen Vakuumofen gestellt. Die Trocknung erfolgt im Ofen bei einer Temperatur von 60 °C und einem Druck von 5 mm oder weniger Quecksilber für drei Stunden. Der Prozentsatz des Verlusts wird dann berechnet.
