Description

Für das Gewinnen einer Vollblut- oder Plasma-Probe. BD Vacutainer™ Glas-ACD-Lösungsröhrchen mit gelbem Verschluss enthält das aktive Antikoagulans Tri-Natrium-Citrat mit Zitronensäure und Dextrose. Es sind zwei Formulierungen der ACD-Lösung verfügbar.

BD Vacutainer™ ACD-Röhrchen sind nur in Glas erhältlich und erkennbar an der gelben Kappe (Hemogard™ oder konventionell). Sie enthalten das aktive Antikoagulans Tri-Natrium-Citrat mit Zitronensäure und Dextrose in einer von zwei Formulierungen. Die Konzentration der Zusatzstoffe in jeder Lösung ist wie folgt:
  • ACD-Lösung A (konventioneller Verschluss)
    • Natriumcitrat: 22.0g/L
    • Dextrose 24.5g/L
    • Zitronensäure: 8.0g/L
    • Antimykotisches Reagenz (K-Sorbat): 0.15g/L
  • ACD-Lösung B (Hemogard™ Verschluss)
    • Natriumcitrat: 13.2g/L
    • Dextrose 14.7g/L
    • Zitronensäure: 4.8g/L
    • Antimykotisches Reagenz (K-Sorbat): 0.2g/L
