RP-77533 is a purified His-tagged recombinant MT1-MMP/MMP-14 protein (prodomain, catalytic domain, and hemopexin domain) expressed in E.coli. The pro-enzyme consists of MT1-MMP amino acid residues Ser1-Val501 followed by one Thr-residue and six His-residues. RP-77533 may be used as a control with corresponding anti-MMP-14 antibodies.
