Histochemical stain for chromosomesSudan Black B is used as a biological stain for lipids. It is a basic black dye utilized in staining triglycerides and lipids off some lipoproteins. Further, it is used in the fingerprint enhancement as well as for detecting fats. In addition to this, it is used in the study of hematological disorders.

Anwendungen
Histochemisches Färbemittel für Chromosomen Sudanschwarz B wird als biologisches Färbemittel für Lipide verwendet. Es ist ein einfacher schwarzer Farbstoff, der bei der Färbung von Triglyceriden und Lipiden von einigen Lipoproteinen verwendet wird. Darüber hinaus wird er sowohl für die Fingerabdruckverstärkung als auch für die Erkennung von Fetten verwendet. Auch kommt er bei Untersuchungen hämatologischer Erkrankungen zum Einsatz.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Ölen, Fetten, warmem Petrolatum, Paraffin, Phenol, Ethanol, Aceton, Benzol, Toluol und Kohlenwasserstoff. Unlöslich in Wasser.

Hinweise
Nicht kompatibel mit starken Oxidationsmitteln.
