Description

Geeignet für die Zubereitung von Nukleinsäuren für die Hybridisierung, Hybridisierungspuffer für Northern und Southern Blots, Waschpuffer für Northern und Southern Blots. Salzlösung-Natrium-Citratpuffer (SSC) wird als Hybridisierungspuffer bei Immunblotting- und DNA-Microarray-Protokollen verwendet.

SSC buffer is suitable for preparing nucleic acids for hybridization, hybridization buffer for northern and southern blots, washing buffer for northern and southern blots. Saline-Sodium Citrate Buffer (SSC) is used as a hybridization buffer in immunoblotting and DNA Microarray protocols.
