Beschreibung
Sodium bromide is used in pharmaceutical applications, used in photographic processing and chemical intermediate for production of chemicals and bromides. It is widely used as an anticonvulsant. Also used for the preparation of drilling fluids, completion fluids and drilling muds formulations.

Natriumbromid wird in pharmazeutischen Anwendungen, in der fotografischen Verarbeitung und in chemischen Zwischenprodukten zur Herstellung von Chemikalien und Bromiden verwendet. Löslich in Wasser, löslich in Alkohol.
Hinweise
Es ist thermisch und chemisch stabil. Hygroskopisch. Natriumbromid ist nicht brennbar und kann bei starker Erwärmung Bromdämpfe abgeben.
