Interleukin 13 (IL13), recombinant cynomolgus protein is supplied as a lyophilized powder. It is suitable for use in performing cell-based assays and protein studies such as protein structure analysis and protein-protein interactions. In general, recombinant proteins can also be used as an immunogen, as a protein standard, or in cell biology research applications.- Activity: 1. Measured by its binding ability in a functional ELISA; immobilized cynomolgus IL-13 at 4μg/mL (100μL/well) can bind human IL13RA1 with a linear ranger of 0.156-2.5μg/mL; 2. Measured in a cell proliferation assay using TF-1 human erythroleukemic cells, the specific activity is 5-20ng/mL
- Formulation: Lyophilized in 140mM NaCl, 2.7mM KCl, 10mM Na2HPO4, 1.8mM KH2PO4, pH 7.4, 5% Mannitol, 5% Trehalose, 0.02% Tween 80
