Description

runVIEW wurde für die Größenfraktionierung und Rückgewinnung von Nukleinsäuren in Echtzeit entwickelt. runVIEW kann die Effizienz der DNA-Rückgewinnung aus EtBr- und SYBR-gefärbten Gelen maximieren, indem die Anzahl der Schritte, die bei der postelektrophoretischen Aufreinigung erforderlich sind, minimiert wird.

  • Die tragbare, einstellbare Beleuchtungs-Anzeigeplattform mit blauem Licht kann mit SUB-GEL Mini- und SUB-GEL Midi-Elektrophorese-Kammern verwendet werden
  • Der BluVIEW-Emissionsfilterdeckel mit integriertem Absaugventilator ermöglicht die kondensationsfreie Betrachtung von blaulicht-fluoreszierend gefärbten 70 mm oder 100 mm breiten Agarose-Gelen
  • Blaulicht ist absolut sicher und führt im Vergleich zu UV-Licht zu einer verbesserten Klonierungseffizienz
