Der Remel PathoDx Respiratory Virus Panel Kontrollobjektträger ist zur Verwendung mit dem PathoDx Respiratory Virus Panel vorgesehen.

The Negative Control Reagent contains fluorescein-labeled murine antibodies which do not react with the viral agents.

  • Easy to interpret - Uninfected cells will stain red due to the Evans blue counterstain in each staining reagent

Negative Control Reagent (Red Cap) is one dropper bottle containing 10.0 mL of fluorescein-labeled purified murine IgG antibodies that are non-reactive with any respiratory virus, and Evans blue counterstain in a protein-stabilized buffer solution, with 0.098% sodium azide as preservative.

Each control slide has eight wells and each well is clearly marked with the type of virus-infected cell that is on the slide. One of the wells contains uninfected LLC-MK2 cells and the slide is fixed in acetone.
