Rekombinantes Protein G-HRP

Rekombinantes Protein G wird in einem Stamm von E. coli hergestellt, der das Gen für Protein G aus Streptococcus sp. enthält. Dieses Protein G wird mit hochgereinigter Meerrettich-Peroxidase (RZ > 3,0) konjugiert und wird in einem Enzym-Konjugat-Stabilisator mit 0,1 % Proclin geliefert.

Rekombinantes Protein G bindet an die Fc-Region vieler Immunglobulin-G-Typen, darunter:

  • Alle vier Unterklassen von humanem IgG
  • Maus-IgG
  • Kaninchen-IgG
  • Meerschweinchen-IgG
  • Ratten-IgG
  • Ziegen-IgG
  • Schaf-IgG
  • Kuh-IgG
  • Pferde-IgG

    Rekombinantes Protein G bindet nicht an IgG von Hühnern oder Katzen oder an humanes IgA, IgM oder Serumalbumin. Es bindet schwach an IgG vom Hund.
