R&D Systems™ Rat PD-L2/B7-DC (NP_001101052) VersaClone cDNA is a member of the CD28 family of immune-receptors and is one of two ligands for programmed death-1 (PD-1).

The Rat PD-L2/B7-DC (NP_001101052) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for PD-L2/B7-DC/PDCD1LG2, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The PD-L2/B7-DC/PDCD1LG2 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
