Pluronic F-127 ist ein nichtionisches Tensid-Polyol (Molekulargewicht ca. 12.500 Dalton), das die Löslichkeit wasserunlöslicher Farbstoffe und anderer Materialien in physiologischen Medien erleichtert.1 Pluronic F-127 wird häufig zum Dispergieren der Acetoxymethyl (AM)-Ester unserer Ionenindikatoren und für unsere Zellen-Markierungssubstanz-Farbstoffe wie CFDA-SE verwendet.
