Thermo Scientific™ Pierce PITC (Phenylisothiocyanat) ist ein hochreines Reagenz für die quantitative Derivatisierung von Aminosäuren vor der Säule mittels Umkehrphasen-HPLC.

Highlights:

  • Auch bekannt als Edmanreagenz
  • Reagiert leicht mit Aminosäuren innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten bei Raumtemperatur
  • Die resultierenden Phenylthiocarbamylderivate können innerhalb von 30 Min. mithilfe der Umkehrphasen-HPLC getrennt und quantifiziert werden, um stabile Produkte mit allen Aminosäuren, einschließlich Prolin, zu erzeugen
