For blocking purposes, use a 5% (v/v) solution (1:20 if reconstituted at the recommended volume). Reconstitute using 2 mL distilled water and centrifuge if product is not completely clear after standing for 1-2 hrs at room temperature. Once reconstituted, the product may be stored for up to six weeks at 4oC. Do not use for more than one day after diluting the product.
