Für die biologische Forschung. Thermo Scientific™ PBS,10x-Lösung, molekularbiologischer Gütegrad, wird durch 0.2 μm gefiltert und in haltbare, quadratische Nalgene Flaschen abgefüllt und aufrecht in Kartons verpackt.

  • Besteht aus 80.6 mM Natriumphosphat, 19.4 mM Kaliumphosphat, 27 mM KCl und 1.37 M NaCl in hochreinem dH2O
  • Gefiltert und dosiert in robuste, quadratische Nalgene Flaschen und aufrecht stehenden Karton mit praktischem Auslauf
  • Auf 1X mit hochreinem dH2O verdünnen, um eine Lösung aus 10 mM Phosphat zu erhalten
