Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS), 10X Powder provides a convenient way to make 1 L of 10X stock PBS solution.

  • Bietet eine praktische Möglichkeit, 1 l von 10X PBS-Lösung zu erstellen
  • Es ist nicht mehr erforderlich, einzelne Komponenten zu wiegen und zu mischen
  • Nach der Rekonstitution in Reinstwasser wie z. B. BP2819 ergibt jedes Paket 1 l einer 10X PBS-Lösung, die 1.37 M NaCl, 0.027 M KCl und 0.119 M Phosphate enthält
