Ein Peroxidase-Substrat für ELISA-Verfahren

o-Phenylenediamine is a peroxidase substrate suitable for use in ELISA procedures. The substrate produces a soluble end product that is orange-brown in color and can be read spectrophotometrically at 450 nm. The OPD reaction may be stopped with 3 N HCl or 3 M H2SO4 and read at 492 nm.

Anwendungen
O-Phenylendiamin ist ein Peroxidase-Substrat, das für ELISA-Verfahren geeignet ist. Das Substrat erzeugt ein lösliches Endprodukt, das orange-braun gefärbt ist und spektrophotometrisch bei 450 nm ablesbar ist. Die OPD-Reaktion kann mit 3 N HCl oder 3 M H2SO4 gestoppt und bei 492 nm gelesen werden.

Hinweise
Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern. Vor Oxidationsmittel und Hitze schützen. Im Kühlschrank lagern.
