O-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorbenzyl)-hydroxylamin Hydrochlorid, >-99 %, C7H5ClF5NO, CAS-Nummer-57981-02-9

O-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorobenzyl)hydroxylamine hydrochloride is used in the preparation of oximes of steroids having keto group. It is used as a derivatization reagent in the determination of thromboxane B2, prostaglandins, amygdalin and a variety of aldehydes, ketones and acids. It is a versatile reagent utilized for the detection of carbonyl-containing compounds by gas chromatography (GC), gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and other methods. As a derivatization reagent, it is also used for EC/LC analysis of keto-steroids and carbohydrates.

Anwendungen
O-(2,3,4,5,6-Pentafluorobenzyl)Hydroxylamin-Hydrochlorid wird bei der Herstellung von Oximen von Steroiden mit Keto-Gruppe verwendet. Es wird als Derivatisierungsreagenz bei der Bestimmung von Thromboxan B2, Prostaglandinen, Amygdalin und einer Vielzahl von Aldehyden, Ketonen und Säuren verwendet. Es ist ein vielseitiges Reagenz, das zum Nachweis von Carbonylverbindungen durch Gaschromatographie (GC), Gaschromatographie-Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS) und andere Verfahren verwendet wird. Als Derivatisierungsreagenz wird es auch für die EC/LC-Analyse von Keto-Steroiden und Kohlenhydraten verwendet.
