R&D Systems™ Mouse BTLA (NP_001032808) VersaClone cDNA is a transmembrane glycoprotein of the CD28 family of T cell costimulatory molecules.

The Mouse BTLA (NP_001032808) VersaClone cDNA clone contains the complete ORF for BTLA/CD272, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector. The BTLA/CD272 insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
