Vybrant™ Apoptose-Assay-Kit Nr. 13 *PO-PRO-™-1/7-Aminoactinomycin D* *für Durchflusszytometrie* *200 Assays*

Dieses Produkt für die Durchflusszytometrie verwendet die Nukleinsäure-Färbemittel PO-PRO™-1- und -7-Aminoactinomycin D (7-AAD) zum Nachweis der Apoptose auf Grundlage der Veränderungen der Zellmembranpermeabilität. Nach dem Färben einer Zellpopulation mit PO-PRO™-1-Farbstoff und 7-AAD fluoreszieren apoptotische Zellen violett, tote Zellen violett und rot sowie lebende Zellen wenig oder gar nicht. Diese Populationen lassen sich leicht mit einem Durchflusszytometer unterscheiden, das sowohl einen violetten Laser als auch die 488 nm-Linie eines Argon-Ionen-Lasers zur Anregung verwendet. Jedes Kit enthält ausreichend Reagenzien für ungefähr 200 Durchflusszytometrietests.
