Magnesium chloride, 1M aq. soln., sterile is used as an excellent magnesium ion source for synthesis and biology research. Magnesium chloride is widely used to supply the magnesium ion in various molecular biology applications, including PCR reactions and buffers. It was used to prepare buffer to lyse cells for immunoprecipitation1 and to prepare serum-free medium for electrophysiological studies of rat brain slice cultures.

Anwendungen
Magnesiumchlorid, 1 M wässrige Lösung, steril, wird als hervorragende Magnesium-Ionenquelle für die Synthese- und Biologieforschung verwendet. Magnesiumchlorid wird häufig zur Einbringung von Magnesiumionen in verschiedene molekularbiologische Anwendungen, einschließlich PCR-Reaktionen und Puffern, verwendet.
