Lecithin is used as a dietary supplement, food ingredient, and food additive. It is also used as a liquid carrier for plastics additives, dyes or pigments. Its primary functions are as an emulsifier, antioxidant, and release agent.

Anwendungen
Lecithin wird als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel sowie als Lebensmittelbestandteil und -zusatzstoff verwendet. Es wird auch als Flüssigkeitsträger für Kunststoffadditive, Farbstoffe oder Pigmente verwendet. Primä dient es als Emulgator, Antioxidans und Trennmittel.

Löslichkeit
Teilweise wasserlöslich, teilweise in Aceton und DMSO löslich.

Hinweise
Kühl lagern. Behälter an einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Ort dicht verschlossen halten. Empfohlene Lagertemperatur: -20° C. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten.
