Descrizione

Ein einfaches Gerät zum gleichmäßigen Auftragen auf TLC-Platten.

A simple device for uniformly streaking TLC plates.

  • Gerät besteht aus einem Edelstahlfuß mit verstellbarem Halter für ein Glasreservoir.
  • Komplett mit Glaskapillaren, Edelstahlkapillaren und Anleitung geliefert.
  • Glaswaren aus 33er-Expansionsglas, niedrig extrahierbares Borosilikatglas gemäß USP Typ I und ASTM E438, Typ I, Klasse A.
  • Zur Anwendung wird der Streicher über den Rand der Arbeitsplatte gelegt und die zu streichende Platte parallel dazu positioniert. Die gebogene Kapillare wird so eingestellt, dass sie die Platte leicht berührt. Das Reservoir wird mit der zu chromatographierenden Lösung gefüllt, und durch Hin- und Herbewegen des Geräts entlang des Plattenrandes wird ein gleichmäßiger Strich erzeugt.
