Isobutyl chloroformate is used as a peptide reagent. It is also used in the preparation of phenethyl-carbamic acid isobutyl ester by reaction with phenethylamine.

Anwendungen
Isobutylchloroformat wird als Peptid-Reagenz verwendet. Es wird auch bei der Herstellung von Phenethyl-Carbaminsäure-Isobutyl-Ester durch Reaktion mit Phenethylamin verwendet.

Nicht mit Wasser mischbar.
