Entwickelt für die Vorbereitung lebender Zellen für intrazelluläre Färbungen und die durchflusszytometrische Analyse. Enthält einen Proteintransporthemmer (Brefeldin A) für die Behandlung von Zellen während der Kultivierung, um die Ansammlung von Zytokinprotein am Golgi-Apparat zu verursachen und die resultierende Färbung zu verstärken.

  • Der Fixierungspuffer dient zur Quervernetzung, Stabilisierung und Fixierung der Zellmembran
  • Der Permeabilisierungspuffer dient zur reversiblen Permeabilisierung der Zellmembran, damit die Färbeantikörper effektiv in die Zelle gelangen können
