IGEPAL∣r CA-630, CAS-Nr. 9002-93-1, ist ein nichtionisches und nicht denaturierendes Reinigungsmittel, das hauptsächlich für die Lösung, Isolierung und Reinigung von Membranproteinkomplexen verwendet wird.

Detergent, equivalent to Nonidet P-40. For solubilizing membrane proteins, IGEPAL™ CA-630 is used as a detergent in paper industry, hand cleaners, metal cleaners. It is suitable for solubilization, isolation and purification of membrane protein complexes and in two-dimensional gel electrophoresis.

This Thermo Scientific Chemicals brand product was originally part of the Alfa Aesar product portfolio. Some documentation and label information may refer to the legacy brand. Anwendungen
Detergenz, entspricht Nonidet P-40. Zur Solubilisierung von Membranproteinen wird IGEPAL|r CA-630 als Detergenz in der Papierindustrie, Handreiniger, Metallreiniger eingesetzt. Es eignet sich zur Solubilisierung, Isolierung und Reinigung von Membranproteinkomplexen und in der zweidimensionalen Gelelektrophorese.

Löslichkeit
Mit Wasser mischbar.
