Mit der präparativen Thermo Scientific™ Hypersil™ PREP BDS C8 HPLC-Säule mit Umkehrphase kann eine Hochskalierung von einer analytischen auf eine präparative LC-Säule durchgeführt werden. Unsere Säulen sind in einer Vielzahl von Abmessungen erhältlich, einschließlich einer Option für XtendedLife-Ausrüstung, die die Lebensdauer der Säule durch die Aufrechterhaltung eines gleichmäßig gepackten Betts verbessert. C8-Säulen mit Basendeaktivierung bieten eine ähnliche Selektivität wie C18-Säulen und vorhersagbare Elutionsreihenfolge und sind für eine reduzierte Silanol-Aktivität ideal für Analyten mit mittlerer Hydrophobie oder wenn eine weniger hydrophobe Phase erforderlich ist, um eine optimale Retention zu erzielen.
