This shuttle vector contains the complete ORF for the gene of interest, along with a Kozak consensus sequence for optimal translation initiation. It is inserted NotI to AscI. The gene insert is flanked with convenient multiple cloning sites which can be used to easily cut and transfer the gene cassette into your desired expression vector.

  • Also known as: B10; NPP3; PDNP3; CD203c; PD-IBETA
  • ENPP3 belongs to a family of ectoenzymes that are involved in hydrolysis of extracellular nucleotides.
  • These ectoenzymes possess ATPase and ATP pyrophosphatase activities and are type II transmembrane proteins.
  • ENPP3 is expressed on activated basophils and mast cells during allergic reactions, cardiac muscle, hepatocytes, and epithelial cells.
  • It is upregulated in colon and bile duct carcinomas.
  • The insert is sequence verified and the entire plasmid DNA and insert translated sequences are provided.
