Beschreibung

Weit verbreitet in der Zellkultur. HILFE MP Biomedicals ist das Propan-Analogon von HEPES. Dieser Puffer erhält den physiologischen pH-Wert trotz Schwankungen des CO2 -Gehalts (der durch die Zellatmung entsteht) besser aufrecht. HEPPS ist ein Separator in der ultradünnen isoelektrischen Fokussierung.
