Verwendung von IMDM

  • IMDM, eine Modifikation von Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), enthält Selen sowie zusätzliche Aminosäuren und Vitamine.
  • Dieses einzigartige Medium enthält kein Eisen, Eisennitrat ist hier durch Kaliumnitrat ersetzt.
  • IMDM mit GlutaMAX™ Supplement ist anwenderfreundlich, minimiert die Ansammlung von giftigem Ammoniak und verbessert Viabilität und Wachstum der Zellen.
  • IMDM enthält keine Proteine, Lipide oder Wachstumsfaktoren. Daher ist eine Supplementierung erforderlich, üblicherweise mit 10 % fötalem Kälberserum (FKS).
