Description

  • Tricorn-Säulen sind für die hochauflösende Flüssigkeitschromatographie von Biomolekülen konzipiert, die unter mittlerem bis hohem Druck durchgeführt werden. Geeignet für die Verwendung mit Hochleistungsmedien wie Sepharose High Performance, Superdex Prep Grade und SOURCE
  • Die Säulen sind mit Innendurchmessern von 5 und 10 mm und in Längen von 20 bis 200 mm erhältlich. Säulen mit 10 mm Durchmesser sind auch in Säulenlängen von 300 und 600 mm erhältlich. Das Design und die Abmessungen der Säulen machen sie besonders nützlich für Screening- und Polierschritte bei der Proteinaufreinigung.
  • Mit Plastikfolie beschichtete Glasröhrchen vermeiden Verletzungen bei Laborpersonal, wenn die Säule herunterfällt oder außerhalb ihrer Spezifikationen betrieben wird.
