Description

Der Diagnostik-Kit für Myoglobin (MYO) ist für die quantitative In-vitro-Bestimmung von Myoglobin (MYO) in menschlichem Vollblut, Serum oder Plasma bestimmt.

  • Der Diagnostik-Kit für Myoglobin (MYO) (Vollblut/Serum/Plasma) basiert auf der Fluoreszenz-Immunoassay-Technologie.
  • Die Probe wandert durch den Streifen vom Probenkissen zum Absorptionskissen.
  • Enthält die Probe Myoglobin, bindet dieses an die mit fluoreszierenden Mikrokügelchen konjugierten Anti-Myoglobin-Antikörper.
  • Anschließend wird der Komplex von den auf der Nitrocellulosemembran aufgebrachten Fangantikörpern gebunden (Testlinie).
  • Die Myoglobinkonzentration in der Probe korreliert mit der auf der T-Linie erfassten Fluoreszenzsignalintensität.
  • Anhand der Fluoreszenzintensität des Tests und der Standardkurve wird die Myoglobinkonzentration in der Probe mit Hilfe von MPQuanti berechnet.™ Immunfluoreszenzanalysator.
