Description

CultiMaxx™ Shelving System to support Nunc™ Cell Factory™ systems

Diese Einlegebodensysteme sind für die Unterstützung der Ausskalierung des Nunc Cell Factory Systems in der Zelltherapieproduktion konzipiert. Durch eine gründliche Überarbeitung der Einlegebodenkonstruktion bietet dieses neue System eine Durchbiegung von weniger als 0,5 mm pro Gefäß, sodass die Medien eben bleiben und gleichmäßige Wachstumsbedingungen für die Zellen geschaffen werden. Der individuelle Zugriff auf jedes Gefäß ermöglicht eine minimale Unterbrechung der anhaftenden Zellen beim Entnehmen von Proben aus dem Inkubator. Die gestaffelten Einlegeböden ermöglichen eine weitere Flexibilität, da sie beim Laden der Systeme in den Inkubator den erforderlichen Freiraum bieten, um Filter und Anschlüsse an Ort und Stelle zu lassen.

These shelving systems are designed to support scale-out of the Nunc Cell Factory System in cell therapy production. With an in-depth review of the shelving design, this new system provides less than 0.5mm of deflection per vessel, keeping the media level to promote even cell growth conditions. Individual access to each vessel allows for minimal disruption to adherent cells when removing samples from the incubator. The staggered shelving further enables flexibility by providing the necessary clearance to leave filters and connections in place when loading the systems into the incubator.
