Die Corning™ Matrigel™ GFR-Basalmembran-Matrix bietet eine physiologisch relevante Umgebung für die Untersuchung der Zellmorphologie, der biochemischen Funktion, Migration, Invasion oder Genexprimierung.

Corning Extrazelluläre Matrizes (ECMs) ermöglichen es Forschern, In-vivo- Umgebungen für 2D- und 3D-Zellkulturanwendungen nachzubilden.

Corning Matrigel Bei der Matrix handelt es sich um ein solubilisiertes Basalmembranpräparat, das aus dem Engelbreth-Holm-Swarm (EHS)-Maus-Sarkom gewonnen wird, einem Tumor, der reich an extrazellulären Matrixproteinen ist, darunter Laminin (ein Hauptbestandteil), Kollagen IV, Heparansulfat-Proteoglykane, Entactin/Nidogen und eine Reihe von Wachstumsfaktoren.
