Der Corning™ cellgro™ DMEM/Ham's F-12 -Mix unterstützt Zellkulturwachstum und Substitution von Pyridoxin HCl, damit Pyridoxal eine verbesserte Stabilität gegenüber der ursprünglichen Formulierung sicherstellt.

  • Modification of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) ist eine Modifikation von Basal Medium Eagle, der die Aminosäuren und Vitamine von BME in vierfacher Konzentration enthält.
  • Die Originalformulierung diente zum Züchten embryonaler Mauszellen.
  • Sie wurde modifiziert, damit die Verwendung mit einer Vielzahl normaler und transformierter Zellen z. B. Primärkulturen von Maus- und Hühnerzellen möglich wird.
