Eine genaue Kompensation ist für eine effektive Mehrfarbenanalyse in der Durchflusszytometrie von entscheidender Bedeutung. Jedes Kit enthält Polystyrol-Mikrosphären mit nahezu identischem, spektral angepasstem Fluoreszenzproteinfarbstoff sowie Beads für Negativkontrollen in einer einzelnen Tropfflasche.
