Bis(pentafluorophenyl)phenylphosphine is used as a ligand involved in the palladium-catalyzed Heck reaction of iodobenzene and styrene in compressed carbon dioxide. It is also used in the polymerization of 1,3-butadiene with Co(2-ethyl hexanoate)2.

Anwendungen
Bis(pentafluorphenyl)phenylphosphin wird als Ligand verwendet, das an der Palladium-katalysierten Heck-Reaktion von Iodbenzol und Styrol in komprimiertem Kohlendioxid beteiligt ist. Es wird auch bei der Polymerisation von 1,3-Butadien mit Co(2-ethylhexanoat)2 verwendet.
