BrdU in der Kultur wird während der DNA-Synthese in die DNA integriert. Die zelluläre Integration von BrdU kann durch anti-BrdU-spezifische Antikörper nach der Membranpermeabilisierung durch Durchflusszytometrie oder Immunhistochemie nachgewiesen werden.

  • Frei von Konservierungsstoffen; unter aseptischen Bedingungen handhaben
  • Wird als fünf Fläschchen geliefert, die jeweils 0.5 ml einer 10 mg/ml in 1 X DPBS verdünnten Lösung enthalten
