Description

Mit Phosphorfolien können Sie latente Bilder erfassen, die durch ionisierende Strahlung entstehen. Cytiva™ BAS Phosphor-Speicherfolien senden bei laserinduzierter Stimulation proportional zur Menge der Radioaktivität in der Probe Licht aus.

  • Benötigt nur etwa ein Zehntel der Belichtungszeit herkömmlicher Autoradiographiefilme.
  • Zehn- bis hundertmal empfindlicher als Film, je nach Isotop und Probentyp.
  • Der breite lineare Dynamikbereich (fünf Größenordnungen) ermöglicht die Quantifizierung und Visualisierung sowohl schwacher als auch starker Signale in einer einzigen Belichtung.
  • Durch die Verwendung von Bildschirmen sind keine Chemikalien, Dunkelkammer oder andere Spezialbehandlungen notwendig.
  • Jeder Schritt kann unter normalen Lichtverhältnissen und bei Raumtemperatur am Labortisch durchgeführt werden.
  • Ergebnisse werden mit einem bildgebenden System mit Speicherfolie auf Phosphorbasis (z. B. Typhoon, Storm oder PhosphorImager) digitalisiert und mit der Software ImageQuant quantifiziert.
