Antimony(III) oxide is used as a catalyst, vulcanization of rubber, an opacifying agent for glasses, ceramics and enamels. It is used as a flame retardant.

Anwendungen
Antimon(III)-oxid wird als Katalysator, zur Vulkanisierung von Gummi, als Trübungsmittel für Gläser, Keramik und Emaille verwendet. Es wird als Flammschutzmittel verwendet.

Unlöslich in Wasser.

Hinweise
Kühl und trocken in einem gut versiegelten Behälter lagern. Von starken Oxidationsmitteln fernhalten. Behälter dicht verschlossen lassen.
