Additional Details : Gewicht : 0.01000kg
Beschreibung
This antibody does not react with rat. Sodium azide removal by dialysis is recommended prior to use in functional assays. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval using Tris/EDTA (pH 9) is recommended for the staining of paraffin sections. Mouse anti Human CD49b antibody, clone 16B4 recognizes human CD49b, also known as integrin α2, collagen receptor, Platelet membrane glycoprotein Ia or VLA-2 subunit alpha. CD49b is a 1181 amino acid approximately 160 kDa single pass type-1 transmembrane glycoprotein possessing multiple FG-GAP repeats and a single VWFA domain.
ITGA2 Monoclonal antibody specifically detects ITGA2 in Human samples. It is validated for ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Functional Assay, Immunocytochemistry, Immunohistochemistry (Frozen), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin), Immunoprecipitation, Western Blot.Spezifikation
