Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Sheep CD4 antibody, clone 44.38 recognizes the ovine CD4 cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed by a subset of mature T lymphocytes.
