The Absolute Q MAP16 Plate Kit and Absolute Q Universal DNA Digital PCR Master Mix are key components of the QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System. The system is powered by microfluidic array plate (MAP) technology that enables consistent and automated separation of the sample into 20,000 microchambers with industry leading <1% coefficient of variation (CV).

The Absolute Q MAP16 microinjection-molded plates overcome common challenges of inconsistency and high dead volume. This novel approach provides many benefits, including precise microchamber volume, consistent sample distribution, and greater than 98% of loaded volume analyzed.
Absolute Q Universal DNA Digital PCR Master Mix
This package product also includes Absolute Q Universal DNA Digital PCR Master Mix, which is compatible with a broad range of applications and over 20 million predesigned TaqMan Assays (performance-guaranteed*), reducing the need to design custom assays. Simplify your workflow by avoiding assay design and minimizing assay optimization; use the same assay for both qPCR and digital PCR. In addition, with 72 hours of assembled-reaction benchtop stability, this master mix enables increased productivity through automation.
The impressive precision and accuracy of the Absolute Q system helps provide confidence in measurements across replicates and experiments.
