Eppendorf™ Twin.tec™ PCR-Platte96 LoBind wurde entwickelt, um die Ausbeute Ihrer Zielmoleküle zu maximieren.

  • Wells aus Polypropylen mit LoBind-Eigenschaften wurden entwickelt, um die Ausbeute an Zielmolekülen zu steigern
  • DNA ist weniger wahrscheinlich binden an Polypropylen zu und bleibt damit innerhalb der Flüssigkeit von Reaktion
  • Gewährleistet ohne Oberflächenbeschichtung eine nahezu 100%ige Rückgewinnung von DNA/RNA-Molekülen und schließt so das Risiko einer Probenkontamination aus
  • Von einem unabhängigen Labor chargengeprüft und zertifiziert frei von DNA, DNase, RNase und PCR-Hemmern
