Description

Kühl lagern

Base sensitive amino protecting group for solid-phase peptide synthesis9-Fluorenylmethyl chloroformate is used in capillary electrophoresis. It acts as a reagent in the precolumn derivatization of amines for HPLC and fluorescent detection. Further, it is used for derivatizing amino acids for HPLC analysis. In addition to this, it is used to prepare N-Fmoc amino acids for solid-phase peptide synthesis and oligonucleotide synthesis.

Anwendungen
Als basenempfindliche Aminoschutzgruppe für die Festphasenpeptidsynthese von 9-Fluorenylmethylchloroformin wird dieser bei der Kapillarelektrophorese verwendet. Es dient als Reagenz bei der Vorsäulenderivatisierung von Aminen für die HPLC- und Fluoreszenzdetektion. Darüber hinaus wird es für die Derivatisierung von Aminosäuren für die HPLC-Analyse verwendet. Darüber hinaus wird es zur Herstellung von N-Fmoc-Aminosäuren für die Festphasenpeptidsynthese und Oligonukleotidsynthese verwendet.

Löslich in Dioxan.
