4-Bromopyrazole may be used in the preparation of 4-bromo-1-(2-chloroethyl)-1H-pyrazole. It may be used as starting material in the synthesis of 1,4?-bipyrazoles. Also used in the synthesis of various pharmaceutical and biologically active compounds, including inhibitors. It is also shown to be one of the 4-substituted pyrazoles, being able to act as inhibitor of liver alcohol dehydrogenase.

Anwendungen
4-Brompyrazol kann bei der Vorbereitung von 4-brom-1-(2-chloroethyl)-1H-pyrazol eingesetzt werden. Es kann als Ausgangsmaterial bei der Synthese von 1,4′-Bipyrazolen verwendet werden. Verwendung auch bei der Synthese verschiedener pharmazeutischer und biologisch aktiver Verbindungen, einschließlich Inhibitoren.
