Description
3-Nitrophenol is used as indicator in 0.3% Soln in 50% alcohol ph: 6.8 Colorless, 8.6 Yellow. It is used in the synthesis of RAGE inhibitors via the etherification of phenols. Also used in the synthesis of kinase inhibitors against epidermal growth factor receptor T790M mutation.

3-Nitrophenol wird als Indikator in 0.3 % Lösung in 50 % Alkohol ph verwendet: 6.8 Farblos, 8.6 Gelb. Wird bei der Synthese von RAGE-Inhibitoren durch Veretherung von Phenolen verwendet. Wird auch bei der Synthese von Kinase-Inhibitoren gegen die T790M-Mutation des EGF-Rezeptors verwendet.
Löslichkeit
Löslich in Wasser (30 mg/ml), Ether, Alkohol, Aceton und Ethanol (700 mg/ml).
Hinweise
In einem dicht verschlossenen Behälter aufbewahren. Kontakt mit oxidierenden Materialien vermeiden. In einem kühlen, trockenen, gut belüfteten Bereich lagern, der sich nicht mit inkompatiblen Substanzen in Verbindung bringt.
